Programs
At YBC, We Build Ballplayers for Life.
Our club is home to three dynamic programs designed to meet players where they are—and take them where they want to go.
- High School Program (15U–18U): This is where serious players prepare for the next level. Whether it's college ball or chasing the dream of going pro, our experienced coaches provide the structure, training, and exposure athletes need to compete at the highest level.
- Middle School Program (12U–14U): These critical years are all about preparing for the demands of high school baseball. We focus on refining skills, building strength, and developing baseball IQ—so players hit the ground running when it's time to step on the field for high school tryouts.
- Youth Program (8U–11U): Here, it all starts with fun. We foster a love for the game through fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence-building—all while laying the groundwork for future success in high school and beyond.
Across all levels, YBC prioritizes injury prevention, long-term development, and individualized support. With one of the largest and most experienced coaching staffs in the region, we ensure every player gets the attention they need to grow—not just as an athlete, but as a person.
YBC High School Program (15U–18U)
Train. Compete. Get Recruited.
The YBC High School Program is designed for serious athletes who are committed to playing baseball at the college or professional level. We focus on long-term development, high-level exposure, and preparing players for what’s next—on and off the field.
FALL – Where Development Begins
Fall is all about training. While we play in two highly recruited tournaments, the main focus is sharpening skills and building the foundation for a strong year ahead.
- Every Saturday, players experience “Spring Training Saturdays” with our 20+ professional coaching staff.
- Position-specific coaches push players to elevate their game in a high-energy, structured environment.
- By November, we encourage players to rest and recover before Winter begins.
WINTER WORKOUTS – Building the Edge
From December 1 through mid-February, we shift into high gear with Winter Workouts, leading right up to high school season:
- Weekly bullpens for pitchers
- Saturday Competition Days that are fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly fun
- Players are tested, motivated, and prepared to dominate their spring and summer seasons.
SPRING – Compete with Your School or Stay with YBC
Most players return to their high school teams in the spring, but we also offer a YBC Spring Team for those not participating in school ball (additional cost). This keeps players competing and developing year-round.
SUMMER – Showcase Season
The summer is our time to shine. Players compete in 5–6 elite-level tournaments that are heavily recruited and packed with exposure opportunities.
- Our YBC Jamboree kicks off the summer with a fun, competitive round-robin event featuring all high school teams and a family-style food truck celebration.
- Optional regional and national team spots are available for those ready for an even bigger stage (additional cost).
YBC Middle School Program (12U–14U)
Prepare for High School. Play with Purpose.
The YBC Middle School Program is built to bridge the gap between youth baseball and the high school stage. Led by our Middle School Director Chris Curry, and supported by professional head coaches, this program delivers advanced development in a fun, competitive environment.
We follow the same seasonal structure as our High School Program, giving players the consistent rhythm they need to grow:
FALL – Skill Development Starts Here
Fall is a critical training phase, with a primary focus on refining mechanics, building baseball IQ, and preparing for the demands of high school.
- Teams train weekly, with Spring Training-style practices led by YBC’s professional coaching staff.
- Players also compete in select tournaments, testing their skills in real-game environments.
WINTER WORKOUTS – Sharpening the Tools
From January through March, players train with purpose in our Winter Workouts:
- Structured throwing programs to protect arms
- Position-specific instruction to clean up mechanics and improve performance
- Saturday Competition Days to boost intensity and spark excitement for the upcoming season
Our coaching philosophy is clear: Get it right early. That’s why YBC brings in professional coaches starting at 12U—to ensure players learn proper movement patterns, stay healthy, and develop the right habits that will carry them into high school and beyond.
SPRING – Compete and Grow
Summer is where development meets competition. Players compete in top-tier tournaments appropriate to their level, building experience, confidence, and love for the game. Our teams are challenged to compete at the highest level possible, but always with fun, growth, and injury prevention at the heart of what we do.
