Athletes are cleared by Upward Performance and Physical Therapy before their first throwing session and re-checked every 30 days. Individual training plans, Rapsodo testing every 8 sessions, and parent progress reports track development.

True Velocity Hitting focuses on increasing exit velocity through bat speed and barrel accuracy. Hitters are measured using HitTrax, Rapsodo, and Blast Motion at their first session and every 8 sessions thereafter, making progress measurable. Small-group stations maximize quality swings and individual development.
