NOVEMBER GROUP TRAINING
Throwing, hitting, catching and infield. No YBC membership required.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN SIGN UP BY WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28 |
| Classes begin the first week of November. Training is available in Grain Valley, MO and De Soto, KS, depending on the program. Choose a package to register. |

TRUE VELOCITY THROWING
Ages 12-18 | 2 sessions per week
|
| Individualized throwing plans with Rapsodo testing every 8 sessions and parent progress reports. Athletes who trained for 3 or more months have averaged a 5 MPH increase. |
PT clearance through Upward Performance and Physical Therapy is required before the first throw. Rechecks are completed every 30 days. |

| Small-group hitting with HitTrax, Rapsodo and Blast Motion. Players track bat speed, exit velocity and barrel accuracy at their first session and every 8 sessions thereafter. |
