True Velocity - Kansas
True Velocity program is a personalized, throwing program with individual instructions for each athlete designed to increase velocity, safely. The program is flexible, tailored to meet each player’s unique needs, and available to all positions, not strictly pitchers.
Our goal is to create an environment where each athlete unlocks their own potential, reaching new velocity levels each session, all while promoting the tools and resources needed to keep players injury free on and off the field.
Athletes will be analyzed weekly and direct supervision by top level instruction to ensure our athletes are improving each session.
A strength workout will be provided for players to do on their own, outside of class. Coaches are always available for questions or consultations.
True Velocity has seen the highest jump of 13 mph in one month, but the average increase in velocity is 4.2 mph per month. We found that 2-3 sessions back to back will help players lock in the routine and help keep players injury free on and off the field.

The True Velocity Throwing Program is a personalized training program designed to help athletes safely increase velocity, improve consistency, and stay strong and injury-free. Every athlete receives individualized instruction, weekly analysis, and a custom strength plan to maximize results — perfect for all positions, not just pitchers.
Program Details:
📅 Start Date: Monday, November 3rd
⏰ Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays | 5:30–7:00 PM (1.5 hours) for 14U and High School age groups.
