Youth Program Director
Ty Butler has been a high school baseball coach for the last 5 years in the KC area. He will be overseeing YBC youth teams to promote and ensure a healthy and encouraging culture through the development of our younger players.
Being a high school coach, Ty is well aware of what players need to be capable of - both mentally and physically - when it comes time to compete at the high school level. Ty is ready to help our youth team players and coaches come up with and execute plans for their team's development!

Teams- Interested in bringing your team to YBC? YBC is accepting full or partial teams interested in the full support of YBC's coaches, resources, and facility.
Players- Don't have a team yet? No problem! YBC will assess your level and pair you with a team.
Why join YBC?
Support- Joining YBC will allow you to do what you do best...coach! Running a team and coaching is a lot of work. Let us handle all the administrative tasks to free up your time. We will also handle all communications with parents including playing time, schedule questions, and more.
Knowledge- YBC has had 15+ years experience coaching and developing players in order to prepare them for college. At the youth level, our focus will be to prepare them for the mental and physical needs to make and exceed on their high school team.
Resources- You are not alone when you join YBC. All our resources including coaches, technology, and facility are available to you when you need it.
